Description

Backend user sections fell back to the default doktype definition as they had no own definition - this results in wrong columnsOverrides for that doktype as it was indistinguishable from the default.

How to test:

use instructions from https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/61416/7
change doktype default - before the fix changes applied to backend user section as well.
