Deprecate <f:widget.autocomplete> ViewHelper

Description
The <f:widget.autocomplete> ViewHelper is not used in the core.
Also, it has external dependencies (jQuery and jQueryUI). jQueryUI latest release was in September 2016 and (I guess) will never get an update anymore.
We should now deprecate this ViewHelper and remove it one version later.
