Remove bootstrap-slider from core

Description
The library bootstrap-slider seems not used inside the core and should be removed as a dependency.
I tried to seek 'bootstrap-slider' inside the core and found only these occurrencies:
Build/types/TYPO3/index.d.ts Build/Gruntfile.js Build/yarn.lock Build/package.json typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Page/PageRenderer.php typo3/sysext/about/Resources/Private/Partials/ExternalLibraries.html vendor/typo3/testing-framework/Resources/Core/Build/Configuration/JSUnit/Bootstrap.js
