Zeros are not treated as empty values in `.ifEmpty`

Description
In TYPO3 9.5.15 the functionality of stdWrap ifEmpty has been changed. 137b381561cfd51edddf9b398427dbce35086dba
Before this change a value of `0` was evaluated to false but now it is true.
IMO this change should be reverted as it is a breaking change.
