Populating slugs based on old realurl table not working

Description

When running the PopulateSlugs update-script with the old "tx_realurl_pathcache" the query fails because it's being ordered by "uid".
In the old table this was "cache_id", thus the query fails.
In case of the old table, the field "cache_id" should be used.
