Still exist: "The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object" in scheduler

Description
The old issue #25618 with an Exception if the scheduler task entry in database is wrong still exists in TYPO3 10.4.
Maybe a wrong entry or an extension which adds the task before is now deactivated.
Like mentioned in the ticket #25618, there should be an error that class or extension is missing in the task list. With a chance to find and delete the wrong entry.

I tried to verify the issue, but for me, it works very well. A nice looking error message is visible in cases of old scheduler tasks.
Please, can you provide more information about the problem and how to reproduce it?
Please provide a step-by-step tutorial and post the error message with a stack trace or other information that could be helpful.

hey. we recently had another fix with #92466 in this regard for v11 and up. errors should be properly caught now and broken tasks are rendered in list view. i hope it's ok to close the issue for now. please create a fresh one in case we still missed something.
