Description

The library cropper (https://fengyuanchen.github.io/cropper/) used in TYPO3 core is rather old (2.3.x) while version 4.1.x is available. Bonus: the library has been abandoned in favor of jquery-cropper (https://github.com/fengyuanchen/jquery-cropper).

Since changing the cropper library is mandatory anyway, we may use cropperjs (https://fengyuanchen.github.io/cropperjs/) which serves as base for both "extensions".
