Unable to delete all section containers from flexform field

Description

When deleting all Items via the recycler icon and saving the parent record, all the items will come back after the reload of the form.

Deleting single or multiple items is working fine when there is at least one item left. But as soon as all items should be removed, it fails.

You could reproduce it very easy within the styleguide extension on page "flex", third tab "section container". See screenshot: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-tca/master/en-us/ColumnsConfig/Type/Flex.html

Hey.

I somehow remember we fixed something in this area a while ago, but I'm unable to find the issue of it.

I replayed this with styleguide as you proposed and can't reproduce the issue anymore, so I assume it's fixed.

I'll close here and hope that's fine. Please re-open in case we missed something.
