Update to ckeditor v4.15.1

Description
Ckeditor v4.15.0 should be updated to the latest version (v4.15.1 at the time of this writing).
v.4.15.1 includes some important changes:- Changelog: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor4/blob/major/CHANGES.md#ckeditor-4151
- It mentions that an update is highly recommended due to security updates
- It also includes several UX fixes
- One particular fix could be interpreted by our users as a bug, if they are not informed - maybe this should be mentioned in our release notes: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor4/pull/4181
