PageLayoutView.php with array vs bool Error in Pagetree copy action

Description
Error in TYPO3 v9.5.23
Two languages site (0=german 1=french)
Pages are normal pages with Text&Images content.
No workspace EXT active.
How to reproduce:
User with settings in Profile (User Profile -> advanced settings -> Rekursives Kopieren: Geben Sie die Anzahl der zu kopierenden Unterebenen an) tries to copy a page with n Subpages.
This error is displayed instead of the page content:
Oops, an error occurred!
Argument 2 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Core\Imaging\IconFactory::getIconForRecord() must be of the type array, bool given, called in ../typo3_src-9.5.23/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/View/PageLayoutView.php on line 1317

I'm not able to reproduce. Is it a translated page? How are the pages created? Just by the page module?

Hey Sandro,
I'm closing this issue due to lack of feedback. We removed the class completely in v12 now, and in v11 it wasn't really in use anymore. If you want, ping me directly so I can re-open the ticket.
