Description

To refresh the internal cache of \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\StorageRepository when a file storage has been added/removed/updated, a public method flush() should be added to the class to allow explicit flushing of the cache. Currently there is no way to flush the cache.

A use case would be refreshing the cache after importing a new storage by EXT:impexp.
