Description

The client side template engine introduced in #91810 is inspired by lit-html.
It was introduced because ES6 modules like lit-html could not be included in core AMD builds.

https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/67092 shows that lit-html could be converted to AMD within our build process and therefore allows us to drop an own implementation with a well supported cross-project template engine.
