appearance -> expandSingle not working in v10

Description
Hi,
this worked in v9 LTS:
$GLOBALS['TCA']['tx_news_domain_model_news']['columns']['fal_media']['config']['appearance']['expandSingle'] = true;
In v10 LTS doesn't work anymore.
After images upload all element are opened.
I tried to reproduce the issue on 13.0.0-dev (latest main) using EXT:styleguide:
My procedure
1) Create new page
2) List view > create new record
2) create a new CE
Group: "TYPO3 CMS Backend Styleguide and Testing use cases TYPO3 CMS Backend Styleguide and Testing use cases";
Type: "Form engine - inline expand single"
3) Created some elements inside it
Results:¶
- when expanding an element, the other ones collapse
- the only case I had with TWO elements opened at once is when creating a new element: in this scenario, the currently opened element and the newly added one are both open.
Is the test sufficient or a different test is necessary?
- Status changed from New to Closed
