Description

This only affects the fluid based page module.

Steps to reproduce
1. Activate defLangBinding (mod.web_layout.defLangBinding = 1)
2. Go into any workspace
3. Delete a content element
4. Go to page module

Actual
The element is still displayed.

Expected
No content element with delete placeholder should ever be displayed.
