Let each test job have a second chance at finishing successful

Description
We have the occassional issue that docker machines might not set up correctly, or every once in a while any unrelated timing issue occures.
Gitlab CI allows for a default retry, which will enable such jobs to recover from the first failure.
If the first run is successful, no second run is started, thus no speed panalty.
