Description

It would be helpful to have an info which TypoScript setting can be removed since the 9.5 routing or because of other core changes.

For the language part of the routing, this exists already:
https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/9.5/en-us/ApiOverview/SiteHandling/AddLanguages.html

But some routing related settings like `config.absRefPrefix` are also obsolete as far as I can tell.

Also config.disablePrefixComment has no effect for fluid_styled_content.
