enableWordClean still needed?

Description
I stumbled upon this setting in a project of mine today.
RTE.default {
enableWordClean = 1
}
But looking into the TYPO3 Core I only found it referenced ones, and that in a test.

Is this still valid, or did we forget to clean up the tests a some point?
Disclaimer: I didn't know which tracker type I should assign, so I kept it as bug (default)

It resembles an old RTEHTMLArea config...

Please note that CKEditor has the "pastefromword" plugin (shipped with TYPO3)

Yes, the name is a leftover and the setting does not exist. The test is unrelated and I will provide a patch to use a different variable for this test.
