Show creation time of redirects in redirects module / edit form

Description
The creation time is not shown in the redirects list and not shown in the edit form (when editing the redirect).
This makes the interpretation of the hit counter more difficult. For example, if a redirect has a hit counter of 0, but you don't know when it was created, it makes this information somewhat meaningless.
Expected behaviour¶
- show time of creation (e.g. createdon) in list
- and / or show createdon and createdby when editing record

Hi Sybille,
great idea. I pushed a patch, adding the creation date to the Statistics tab in the record.
IMO, the listing already contains so many columns, so adding it there would just further overload this view.

I agree, I already "complained" about the horizontal scrollbar #93912.
