Allow passthrough arguments to codecept in testing

Description
Currently, the runTests.sh script doesn't support passing through extra arguments (via -e) to codecept, only to phpunit directly. I'm not clear why that's the case, but it makes fixing acceptance tests locally much more of a pain.
Let's fix that.
