Streamline felogin TypoScript and documentation

Description
After removal of the old pi-based felogin plugin, several TypoScript constants were leftover and not used in TypoScript setup any more. For users using the old plugin and having configured the extension through TypoScript constants in TYPO3 10, an update to TYPO3 11 may lead to unexpected behavior, since defined constants are not used any more. Therefore those constants should be used in TypoScript setup for the extbase plugin of felogin.
Also the documentation is pretty outdated and contains old images.
