When using the "Recently switched to" links in the toolbar to switch to another user, this sometimes just opens the backend users module.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Backend users module and access the "backend user groups" Action from the Module menu
• Go to another module, e.g. page layout
• Open the user toolbar dropdown and click on one of the "recently switched to" links

=> Expected: Switching to this user
=> Actual: Backend user module is shown
