Standalone install tool broken

Description
When accessing the standalone install tool, following exception is thrown:
Call to a member function getImage() on null
To reproduce, set $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['warning_email_addr'] and $GLOBALS['EXTENSIONS']['backend']['loginHighlightColor'] and try to login into the install tool.
