Description
Date Field
The help text for the default value in the date field is:
EN: "Invalid date format. Valid format: Y-m-d (2018-03-17)"
DE: "Ungültiges Datumsformat. Gültiges Format: d.m.Y (17.3.2018)"
The german translation of the text is wrong. The Format still is Y-m-d, independent form the backend Language.

The form editor validates the input to the RFC 3339 full-date format (Y-m-d), no matter which language is set in the backend.
The default placeholder describes is right: "A date in format Y-m-d (e.g 2018-03-17)".
I don't know why the placeholder text was localized in the german (and probably other) translations, but it is definitely wrong.
Who is responsible for the translations?

Added the correct translations on Crowdin, see https://crowdin.com/translate/typo3-cms/1066/en-de?filter=basic&value=3#q=A%20date%20in%20format%20Y-m-d. If Someone approves them, this issue should be resolved.
