gitlab-ci: Backup TYPO3 logs in artifacts of backend acceptance tests

Description
Sometimes the screenshots of a failing acceptance test do not provide any insights of what went wrong. Sometimes this is due to a failing TYPO3 backend request which gets logged in the TYPO3 logs file. Backup this logs file along with the acceptance reports folder in the artifacts of the gitlab-ci job.
