With #94622 the new TCA type category was introduced.
The new type does not support all options from the „old“ select type.
After migrating all our TCA to the new type, we recogniyed that the foreign_table_:where option is missing and very important to configure the tree for our needs.
This missing option should be implemented in the new type too.

Closed this issue in favor of the new feature https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/master/en-us/Changelog/11.4/Feature-95037-NewStartingPointsSettingForFormEngineTreeConfig.html which is independant of SQL.
