Description

With feature #93210 the possibility to refresh a widget was introduced. However, if there is a cache involved (like for RSS widgets) the widget content is not really refreshed as long as the cache content is not stale.

Another use case would be for EXT:matomo_widgets where the content of the widgets is cached for one hour. By now, there is no possibility to force a refresh.
