Description

The current check, wether the record is only allowed on rootlevel reads:

isset($GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl']['rootLevel']) && (int)$GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl'] === 1

This makes no sense and should be:

isset($GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl']['rootLevel']) && (int)$GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl']['rootLevel'] === 1
