EmailViewHelper does not use typolink

Description
When using a custom LinkBuilder or a Typolink userfunc for modifying email links, this applies for all frontend links except for the ones used by f:link.email viewHelper, as this does not use typolink.

With this patch, the link text is also escaped through htmlspechialchars unlike before. This conflicts with the use of markup in spamProtectEmailAddresses_atSubst or spamProtectEmailAddresses_lastDotSubst like
config.spamProtectEmailAddresses_atSubst = <span class="at"></span>
Is this intentional?
