Improve wording that is shown at the top of the Install Tool.

Current paragraph reads:

Modified values are written to LocalConfiguration.php. The optional file AdditionalConfiguration.php is not controlled
by the TYPO3’s core and may override certain settings. Administrators must maintain AdditionalConfiguration.php manually
and should be used with caution.

TYPO3 writes modified values to the file LocalConfiguration.php. You can manually override most configuration options
by storing them in the optional file AdditionalConfiguration.php. The TYPO3 Core does not change the content of this file.
