Description

The module in the current form does not give real insights into which records are affected, it seems like ppl are not using this module anymore. On writing the documentation for EXT:lowlevel (See https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/72068) no one could really tell me what we need the module for

Instead of removing it, it should be overhauled and getting a working and meaningfull state.
Same goes for the lowlevel cli commands.

Not sure about the history and the original thoughts and usefullnes of this "view" / "module".

The module is showing broken database relations and might be quite useful.
Nevertheless the display is not sufficient enough to fix problems targeted and quick.
So instead of deleting the module I'd propose to create it more useful in the kind that the records are shown that point to a missing or deleted record.

I see 2 possible improvements:
1) add a note when there are no issues in given category like: "All good, no broken select field relations".
2) link the line with broken record to edit form, so it can be manually fixed
