Description

As of TYPO3 11.5.8 the recycler is throwing an exception when deleting records permanently.

https://github.com/TYPO3/typo3/blob/v11.5.8/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/DataHandling/DataHandler.php#L4873

In the deletion process the records are fetched with $liveRecord = BackendUtility::getRecord($table, $uid);. But getRecord has the $useDeleteClause = true applied which leads to a null result as the recycler is working with already deleted records (deleted = 0).

Ultimately the access to the array keys of $liveRecord = null leads to an exception.

How to reproduce:

In TYPO3 11.5.8 create a content (i. e. in tt_content) and delete this record.
Call the recycler and permanently delete the record.

The AJAX action is cancelled with an error 500.
