Description

Hi there,

we're currently upgrading from TYPO3 CMS 10 to 11.

Apparently Ext:linkvalidator can not be used without setting an email address.
The scheduler task fails.

TYPO3 [ERROR] request="b9b862a95c76d" component="TYPO3.CMS.Scheduler.Task.AbstractTask": Task failed to execute successfully. Class: TYPO3\CMS\Scheduler\Task\AbstractTask, UID: 82- Exception: There must be at least one recipient defined!, in file /var/www/html/public/typo3/sysext/linkvalidator/Classes/Task/ValidatorTask.php:468

I guess this is a bug since the feature to use it without email reports absolutely makes sense and was possible in 10.
