Use Md5PasswordHash in RecoveryCodeTest

Description
RecoveryCodeTest uses Argon2iPasswordHash as hashing algorithm, which slows down unit tests. For pure testing reasons, Md5PasswordHash is fine as well.
On my local machine, using Argon2iPasswordHash takes roundabout 4.5 seconds for the full test class, while Md5PasswordHash only needs 0.11 seconds
