Description

When TYPO3 is installed using typo3/cms-composer-installers v4, the public resources of each extension are supposed to be made available in the _assets directory as symlinks.

This works as expected on Unix systems.
However, running Composer on Windows OS, the installation finishes without any errors, but no symlinks are created in the _assets folder at all.
