Description

unsetting a standard-doktype in `$GLOBALS['TCA']['pages']['columns']['doktype']['config']['items']` leads to "Undefined array key" PHP-Warning

e.g. unsetting mount-point doktype (7)

`unset ($GLOBALS['TCA']['pages']['columns']['doktype']['config']['items']5);`

leads to
`PHP Warning: Undefined array key 7 in /var/www/html/vendor/typo3/cms-backend/Classes/Controller/Page/TreeController.php line 241`

unsetted doktypes should also not appear in Page Tree Toolbar
