In the removed $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['cms/layout/class.tx_cms_layout.php']['tt_content_drawItem'] Hook it was possible to change or add attributes of the $row array (like we do here: https://github.com/b13/listelements/blob/master/Classes/Hooks/DrawItem.php#L39)

This is missing in the "equivalent" PSR-14 Event PageContentPreviewRenderingEvent
