creating a new redirect in Redirect-Module do not trigger the redirectCacheService to rebuild cache because
$dataHandler->datamap['sys_redirect'][(int)$parameters['uid']] ist not set
(but $dataHandler->datamap['sys_redirect']['NEW...']

• empty table sys_redirect
• create a redirect in the Backend-Module (cache table still keeps empty)
• call created redirect URL in FE (cache is created, because table was empty)
• create an other redirect in the Backend-Module (cache table is not updatet)
• call the new created redirect URL in FE ends to 404 Error

(if you edit the new created redirect in Backend-Module (change some value), and save it, the redirect works in FE (because cache table was updatet)
