Add default value for "method" attribute in FormViewHelper

Description
The default is "post" but this does not show up in the automatically generated ViewHelper reference since default is not set in the initializeArguments method:
$this->registerTagAttribute('method', 'string', 'Transfer type (GET or POST)');
However, the attribute is always set, the default value would be "post".
