Remove unused class TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Service\MagicImageService?

Description
The class TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Service\MagicImageService is apparently unused in TYPO3 core.
As far as I can see it was only used for RTE and its only usage removed in TYPO3 v10 in 60886: [!!!][TASK] Drop image support in RTE handling - there are more recent changes to the class though including PHP8 support, and I wonder how that was found as an issue if the class is unused..
It is mentioned in the documentation as well.
Should this class be marked as deprecated and be removed in the next version?
