Description

The hash module is a system requirement according to https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/tutorial-getting-started/main/en-us/SystemRequirements/Index.html#required-extensions

So checks for it and its functions can be removed.

good catch. hash is a PHP core built in nowadays. this especially cleans up GU::hmac()
