Add possibility to switch between light and dark codeMirror theme

Description
Currently the CodeMirror Theme "theme-one-dark" is used by default for displaying code in the backend. Since up to TYPO3 version 11 a light theme is used by default and since there are also many people who prefer the light theme, it would be desirable to be able to set whether the theme should be light or dark.

I second that.
In all honesty, I'm almost 51 now, and I'm having a really hard time reading the relatively dark, small font on the dark background.

I feel the same way, I also find it difficult to read and therefore prefer the light mode as well.
Perhaps one could establish configuration options in the user settings for this (switching between light or dark background in code editors)?
