mod.web_list.noExportRecordsLinks configures both the "Download" button and the "Export" button

Description

I tried to achieve the following configuration (see attached file):
  • Remove the "Export" button from the toolbar
  • Keep the "Download" button in the list view

If mod.web_list.noExportRecordsLinks = 1, both buttons disappear.

The export function should not be accessible for all TYPO3 editors, but an error page appears when a user without sufficient permissions clicks on the button.

Maybe a new option is necessary to configure both buttons independently or the export button should not appear for users who are not allowed to use it.
