Different titles for content element wizard in page and list module

Description
The content element wizard in the page module looks as shown below
Using the content element in the list module has a different title (<h4> - modal title) and another title (<h2> - wizard title). Both titles have the same font size and use different background colors.
Both views should be streamlined by adapting the modal title and removing the wizard title for the content element wizard in the list module.

- Streamline Modal Title should be doable ;)
- Fix hierarchy of headlines too
But: I would not remove the wizard title, as in the case of the list module it is a two step wizard, with the wizard title providing instructions for the current step.
