Description

Since #100665, TYPO3 pages are not statically cacheable any more, since a new value is added to controller->config['INTincScript'][] in typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/Http/RequestHandler.php. This leads to, that the TypoScriptFrontendController::isStaticCacheble() check will always return false, because it checks, it any INTincScript value is set.
