The field table_local of table sys_file_reference: is no longer evaluated by TYPO3 and has therefore been removed.

Previously used in TCA config sections like this:

'foreign_match_fields' => [
  'fieldname' => 'logo',
  'tablenames' => 'tx_site_domain_model_sponsor',
  'table_local' => 'sys_file',
],

The match criteria table_local triggers this error message, and can be removed.
