As Google is establishing a new tracking parameter, the "gad" -- for more see https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/13327296
It would be cool if Typo3 is adding it by default in the $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['FE']['cacheHash']['excludedParameters'] array.
This affects all Typo3 versions, but i think we get this only for those which are still in LTS.
