Bug #101188
closed
[BE][groupHomePath] and [BE][userHomePath] not working
Added by Stig Nørgaard Færch over 1 year ago.
Updated 5 months ago.
Description
The feature is not working anymore.
I think the reason must be some changes in
\TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Security\StoragePermissionsAspect::addFileMountsToStorage
where identifier is expected on the generated filemounts.
Use case:
We have several multi site installations, one of them is a solution with 10 instances
of the same configuration (extensions/packages) with an average of 60 sites on each
TYPO3 instance.
We use groupHomePath, so that each site have their own home directory without us having
to create and manage them manually.

- Is duplicate of Task #101189: [BUGFIX] groupHomePath and userHomePath feature does not work added
- Status changed from New to Under Review
Hi,
thank you for the information and the pull request. However, TYPO3 has a bot
which transfers pull-requests to the Gerrit review system, which the whole
core development is based on. No need to manually create an issue beforehand,
as this is creating an issue anyway.
I'm changed the commit message of the patch to resolve this issue, connected
the the two issues.
