Would be nice to have option on ImageViewHelper, to get base64 encoded image.
Could be useful for usage in FluidEmail.
Something like this:
Usage

Output
<img class="pr-2" src="data: image/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy..." alt="" width="20" height="20">
