On version 13 the tab order for the pagetree area is

1. Search box
2."kebab" menu (operable using the "Enter" key)
3. Pagetree (the focus is visible, as the root page is highlighted - unless you click on the root page itself - if it is already highlighted with the blue background there is no way to understand that the focus is there)
4. Collapse icon (operable with both enter and space key)

The other icons (the pages that can be created via drag and drop) are not reachable using the "tab" key. (As I wrote, that actually could be correct)
