Description

When the content of the page module is very wide (e.g. because of multiple languages and multiple columns), the horizontal scrollbar is only visible when the user scrolls to the bottom of the page:

This behavior was different in earlier versions (e.g. screenshot from TYPO3 11) where the horizontal scrollbar was immediately visible at the bottom of the window:

Seems this was introduced in https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/79759
